NSL Service Process
NSL is the certified service centre for Shure, QSC, Williams AV, HH and Visionary Solutions in New Zealand. This role includes the coordination of repair, servicing and upgrade of products sold in New Zealand by NSL.
Service Process
All items being returned to NSL must be accompanied by an WRMA number. To request an RMA number, please complete the form linked below. You should expect a follow-up email within three working days.
Visiting the Service Department
If you need to visit our service department please email service@nsl.co.nz to book an appointment. An appointment is required to ensure we have the right person available to assist you at that time.
Service Department Operating Hours
- Weekdays: Open 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Weekends: Closed
- Public Holidays and the days between Christmas and New Years: Closed
